Core Making

ProCast Technologies also offers cast products from the Semi-Permanent Mold Process. We utilize this process when complex internal geometry is required that cannot be produced via steel slide cores. Our Shell Core department can produce sand cores in a multitude of sizes and volumes. Making the best sand cores possible, directly aids us in producing the best Semi-Permanent Mold castings possible. Therefore we design and manufacture all Core Boxes that produce our sand cores in our very own state of the art Tool and Die department. This insures we control all aspects of the casting process from start to finish.
